Grolify Skill Hub – Student Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all students enrolled in any training program offered by Grolify Skill Hub. By enrolling, students agree to comply with the following policies and guidelines.
1. Admission & Enrollment
Admission to any course is confirmed only after successful registration and payment of the applicable fees.
Students must provide accurate personal and academic information at the time of enrollment.
Grolify Skill Hub reserves the right to deny or cancel admission if false information is provided.
2. Fees & Payment Policy
Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of admission.
The first installment of the course fees must be paid before the commencement of the first class or start of the course.
The second installment (if applicable) must be paid within the first week of the second month of the course.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Delayed or incomplete fee payments may result in suspension of classes, denial of assessments, or withholding of certificates.
Any additional costs related to tools, software, or external certifications (if applicable) shall be borne by the student.
3. Attendance Policy
A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for:
Course completion certificate
Placement assistance
Internship opportunities
Attendance will be tracked regularly for offline classroom sessions only.
Students failing to meet the attendance requirement may be disqualified from final evaluations and certification.
Attendance consideration or relaxation may be granted only in genuine medical cases, subject to submission of valid medical documentation and approval by the institute management.
4. Projects & Assessments
Students are required to complete:
One or More Minor Projects (as assigned during the course)
One Major Project
Projects must be submitted within the given deadlines and meet the quality standards set by the institute.
Failure to submit or complete projects may result in:
Non-issuance of certificate
Ineligibility for placement assistance and internships
All submitted work must be original. Any form of plagiarism may lead to disqualification.
5. Student Conduct & Discipline
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior in classrooms and labs.
Misconduct includes but is not limited to:
Disruptive behavior
Use of abusive or inappropriate language
Damage to institute property
Harassment of faculty or fellow students
Grolify Skill Hub reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of enrollment, in case of misconduct.
6. Placement Assistance Policy
Placement assistance is provided only to eligible students who:
Maintain required attendance
Successfully complete all projects and assessments
Demonstrate good conduct and discipline
Placement assistance includes:
Resume preparation guidance
Interview preparation
Sharing of job/internship opportunities
Grolify Skill Hub does not guarantee job placement, as final selection depends on the employer and student performance.
7. Certification Policy
Course completion certificates will be issued only if the student:
Meets attendance requirements
Completes minor and major projects
Clears internal evaluations
Follows institute rules and code of conduct
Certificates may be withheld if any dues, requirements, or disciplinary issues are pending.
8. Best Student Award
At the end of the course, Best Student Award may be given to one or more students based on:
Overall performance
Project quality
Attendance
Participation and discipline
The decision of Grolify Skill Hub regarding the award shall be final.
9. Internship Opportunity
The Best Performing Student(s) may be offered a 1-Month Internship with the Grolify Skill Hub team.
Internship selection is purely performance-based and at the discretion of the institute.
Internship details:
Duration: 1 Month
Nature: Practical, hands-on experience
Internship Certificate will be provided upon successful completion
Internship does not guarantee permanent employment with Grolify Skill Hub.
10. Media Recording & Social Media Usage
Grolify Skill Hub may record photos, videos, or short clips during classes, events, or training sessions for educational, promotional, and social media purposes.
Such content may be used across various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing materials of Grolify Skill Hub.
Students who do not wish to appear in any photos or videos must formally inform the institute by sending an email request to grolifyskillhub@gmail.com.
The request must be sent in advance or at the earliest possible time; failure to do so will be considered as deemed consent.
Upon receiving such a request, the institute will make reasonable efforts to ensure the student is not featured in future content.
11. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, presentations, and content provided by Grolify Skill Hub are the intellectual property of the institute.
Students are not allowed to copy, distribute, or resell the material without written permission.

Grolify Skill Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated through official channels and will be binding on all students.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course at Grolify Skill Hub, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
